  • Vendor Passes are intended for companies providing products or services to the supply chain, technology, or sustainability sectors.

  • Vendor Passes include full conference access, networking events, and visibility opportunities, but do not include exhibition space unless explicitly purchased.

  • Vendor Passes are non-transferable and cannot be shared across multiple employees unless multiple passes are purchased.

  • Refunds are only available in cases of event cancellation. ethica26 is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or staffing costs.

  • Vendor delegates must comply with all event guidelines and are expected to conduct themselves professionally.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled by ethica26.

  • Tickets are non-refundable for personal reasons, including travel restrictions, illness, or change of plans.

  • In exceptional circumstances, requests for ticket transfers may be considered at the discretion of Ethica26.
