By purchasing a Delegate Ticket for ethica6, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility:
    Delegate tickets are reserved for professionals employed by organisations that buy, source, or manage supply chains (e.g. brands, manufacturers, retailers, public sector, NGOs). They are not valid for vendors, consultants, or solution providers selling products or services into these industries.

  2. Verification:
    ethica26 reserves the right to review and reclassify any registration that does not meet the delegate criteria. If your registration is reclassified, you will be notified and given the option to upgrade to a Solution Provider pass.

  3. Transfers & Substitutions:
    Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to a colleague from the same organisation with prior written notice to info@ethica.live.

  4. Event Access:
    Your delegate pass includes access to all conference sessions, networking breaks, and the closing reception, as well as refreshments and event materials.

  5. Code of Conduct:
    All attendees are expected to uphold a professional and respectful environment in line with ethica’s values of integrity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled by ethica26.

  • Tickets are non-refundable for personal reasons, including travel restrictions, illness, or change of plans.

  • In exceptional circumstances, requests for ticket transfers may be considered at the discretion of ethica26.
