Julia is the current Group Social Sustainability and Ethics Senior Manager at Hilton Foods, a leading international multi-protein supplier.

Hilton Foods is a business of over 7000 employees, operating 24 technologically advanced food processing, packing and logistics facilities across Europe and Australasia.

Julia leads the human rights work at Hilton Foods, a topic which traverses both Hilton Food Group’s own operations and supply chains. Julia serves as Chair to the Seafood Ethics Action Alliance and is on the Board of the Food Network For Ethical Trade.
