About Kanishk Negi
Kanishk Negi is the Director of Sustainable Procurement at Schneider Electric, leading global initiatives across Decarbonization, Human Rights, and Circularity to transform supply chains. He has designed and led several award‑winning programs, including The Zero Carbon Project, which engaged over 1,000 suppliers and achieved a 56% reduction in operational emission intensity. He also conceptualized and developed the Decent Work Program and the Critical Minerals initiative, in addition to contributing to the development of sustainable packaging and materials initiative.
With over 21 years of experience, Kanishk has strengthened responsible sourcing across multiple countries and previously developed a community‑led groundwater management program recognized by the World Bank in 2007. His contributions have earned global recognition, including Sustainable Procurement Leader of the Year (ProcureConnect, 2025), Top 100 Change Leaders in Sustainability (2025), MB100 (2024), ISCM Sustainability Leader (2022), and 40 under 40 Super Achiever in Supply Chain Sustainability by Celerity/Alvarez & Marsal 40 Under 40 (2019). He frequently shares insights at UN, OECD, and industry forums and collaborates with leading academic institutions to mentor future sustainability leaders.
