With over 10 years of experience in business and human rights, Rachel previously worked at Next/Lipsy, driving social compliance and delivering humanitarian projects to protect workers. At ASOS, she authored industry-leading modern slavery statements and led strategic initiatives to prevent and remedy exploitation, collaborating with brands, NGOs, and government agencies worldwide.
